Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscles by Tom Vuento

Just obtained this e-book 2 weeks ago. Its a 340++ paged book with 17 chapters. After reading thru some pages, noticed there are so many rubbish we consume daily and always sitting looking at this screen more than like 1264305 hours, further worsen the impact. Indeed, lack of exercise and intake of junks is the main call to heartattack, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes and etc. Need advices on health and fitness feel free drop a comment.
